Before you bid or buy:

After you bid, buy or swap.
The buyer and seller (or donor and reciever) must contact each other to confirm the transaction within 3 days of receipt of weallreuse™ close of sale or auction emails.

weallreuse™ is not at this present stage in time able to arrange, or be responsible for the shipping of delivery of goods. If you are unhappy with a transaction, please contact the seller to try to resolve this issue. Please remember that mistakes can be made by all of us, and not everyone is an expert. We strongly advise yous to keep permanent records of your transactions, as we can only provide free access to these for 3 months after the close of sale.

In the case of such disputes, the responsibility of weallreuse lies in providing transaction details to both parties: further arbitration may be subject to English law.

In the case of civil and criminal investigations, we will provide such information to the relevant authorities that require it. Your rights under the Data Protection Act are not affected.
